I have been practicing the art of massage since 1999. I received my massage therapy training at The Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in upstate New York, where I had a private practice with two locations for six years. In that time I’ve worked with competitive athletes on a regular basis, as well as people recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.
In 2006 I moved to St. Louis, Missouri and began a practice within YogaDoc in Kirkwood. My training in Asian theory and Shiatsu fit well into the practice. I strongly believe in the benefits of Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and have seen how these modalities integrate with bodywork. I’m very excited to be back in the Kirkwood at Yong Kang clinic after a two-year hiatus in the southwest.
My modalities include deep tissue massage, medical massage, structural integration, postural balancing, Swedish massage, Shiatsu, tuina and cupping.

Asian based massage techniques using vacuum decompression to improve the circulation of blood and fluid through tissues, helps to reduce pain due to adhesions and overall improves energy.
