Yong Kang Clinic
is all about supporting what is good, right and healthy in the world.
.
.
We do it with our needles, and herbs.
We do it with our walk in style clinic where you can get help when you need it.
We do it by providing a wide range of access to treatment with our community clinic hours.
And we do it by being a Contributing Sponsor of Bizjam, which is brought to us by the bootstrapping Biznik folks.
.
What?
What does business have to do with health and well being?
Simple really.
Doing business is about creating our dreams in the world. It is about having an idea, a notion, an inspiration, and then using all of our resources, ingenuity, talent and courage to bring that inspiration into reality. To create something with tangible benefit, sustainable and with a life of its own.
Health is about having the physical resources, emotional wherewithal, energy and ability to conjure inspired dreams, and then bring them into reality.
.
One hundred years ago a few farmers gathered at the corner of Pike Place and First Avenue, with the intention to bring their product directly to the people of Seattle. Had Biznik been around then, they would have been members. They were individuals out to make money and make a difference. They carved out their own path, when the available options did not suit them.
For one hundred years the Pike Place Market has been guided by the slogan “Meet the Producer”. It has been a business incubator, a place for those with a idea and some gumption to make a go of creating their own dreams. Some of those dreams now span the world!
Yong Kang Clinic is proud to be part of this Market tradition of creating sustainable business, and to make our services accessible both to those who live and work downtown, and those who are passing through. Health is not just about your blood pressure, cholesterol, or what you think ails you.
It is about the vitality that allows you to manifest your dreams, and create goodness in the world.

Hi I know this isn’t related to the topic of your post but Ineeded some help finding info on foreign universities
I’ve decided to study medicine in China but the thingi am afraid that it’s gonna be tough out there during my clinical rotations since I don’t really know the language. Is that really something I need to look into.Could you give a brief Idea what the situation is like for foreign students in China and is it a must to study the chineses language
Thank you
I’d be happy to talk with you more about studying in China, but first need to know a bit about your background and goals.
In brief, different schools have different strengths and weaknesses when it comes to teaching foreign students. Of course, if you can take some time to just work on your Chinese, then it will serve very well in your studies. Not only can read the great wealth of medicine that is in the books, but you can talk directionly to the doctors. Plus, Chinese is fun! Well, depending on your idea of fun, of course.
